Dr. George A. Brooks
Dr. George A. Brooks M.D., Ph D. Medical Director
Dr. Brooks attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas from 1964-1967. He served in the United States Marine Corps in California and Vietnam from 1967-1971, and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Vietnamese Campaign Medal, Purple Heart Medal, Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Achievement Medal, and Good Conduct Medal. Studied at Santa Ana College in Santa Ana, California and University of California, Irvine from 1971-1981, with research at Los Alamos, New Mexico leading to his Ph.D. degree in physics. He later studied medicine from 1981-1983 at the University of Miami School of Medicine in Miami, Florida (Ph.D. to M.D. Program) and earned the Doctorate in Medicine. He completed his internship and residency programs at Baylor College of medicine from 1983-1985.
Dr. Brooks became Medical Director of a minor emergency clinic in Humble, Texas in 1987, and in 1988 founded a new family practice and minor emergency clinic in Humble, Texas under the name Brooks Family Practice and Industrial Medicine. In 2005, Dr. Brooks relocated his practice under a new name, Regional Medical Center and Diagnostic Clinics, also doing business as Northeast Regional Center for Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease with renowned cardiologist Dr. I.M. Jawdat of Houston Heart Clinic as Medical Director. In early 2010, Dr. Brooks founded Nouvelle Medical Spa , providing advanced aesthetic enhancements featuring the art of HydraFacial, Naturalight pulsed light system, signature facials, Botox and skin fillers. Dr. Brooks is Certified by the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine. Expanded wellness program under name Wellness Center with additional services and options for persons to pursue the best health. Developed The Wellness Plan, a unique concept for the uninsured to obtain any health care needed at the time of office visit without charge. Developed web sites, newsletters, social networking sites for education of and communication with patients. Now on Twitter and Facebook.

Jennifer is a licensed Aesthetician, and is both trained and experienced in several skincare treatment options, including but limited to Hydra Facial Wave, Microdermabrasion, Naturalight IPL, and an array of Chemical Peels and Nouvelle Signature Facials. It is of personal importance that her clients trust her with their skincare needs and concerns, which is why Jennifer strives to maintain an inventory of physician grade skincare products. She highly believes in SkinCeuticals skincare line and is dedicated to making her clients feel relaxed and comfortable while maintaining and improving their skins health and preventing further damage. Her goal is for her clients to feel beautiful in their own skin.
